口语大赛决赛盛势来袭——外大北辰光华附校第二届外语节圆满落幕！

The Second English Speech Contest of Tianjin Guanghua Foreign Languages School was successfully held on December 2nd, which pushed the Second Foreign Languages Festival to a climax.

天津外国语大学附属北辰光华外国语学校第二届口语大赛决赛于2020年12月成功举办。此次比赛将外语节推向了高潮。

After a series of selection, a total of fourteen contestants from two grades advanced to the final. 

经过一系列的角逐，一二年级共14位选手晋级决赛。

  TGFLS 

The topic of the first grade speech is self-introduction. “Hello, everyone. I’m six years old. I like English very much...” The first grade pupils were confident and calm on the stage and introduced themselves in fluent English.

一年级演讲题目为自我介绍。虽然一年级学生只学了短短几个月的英语，但他们在台上自信又从容，以一口流利的英语进行了自我介绍。

The topic of the second grade speech is my school. “I love my school. My school is my second home. We are a big family...” Pupils expressed their love for the school sincerely. They also showed their expectations and yearnings for the new campus.

二年级演讲题目为我的学校。“我爱我的学校。学校是我的第二个家。我们是一个大家庭......” 学生们用真诚的语言诉说了自己对学校的爱，并表达了对新校区的期待和向往。

The contestants not only gave English speeches, but also showed all kinds of talents: singing, dancing, playing the piano, playing the violin, magic, recitation, calligraphy and so on.

小选手们不仅进行了英文演讲，还尽情地展示了他们的才艺：唱歌、跳舞、钢琴、小提琴、魔术、朗诵、书法......

The competition ended with English-Chinese poetry reading. Through the recitation, pupils expressed their pride as the students of Tianjin Guanghua Foreign Languages School. Also, they were determined to work hard for a better future.

比赛以中英诗朗诵完美收尾。通过朗诵，学子们表达了自己身为北辰“小外”学生的自豪，并决心为创造美好未来而努力奋斗。

With the perfect ending of the final of the English Speech Contest, the Second Foreign Languages Festival has come to a successful conclusion. In this festival, pupils have not only showed their talent, but also gained joy.

随着口语大赛决赛的完美收官，第二届外语节也圆满落下帷幕。在此次外语节，学子们不仅展示了才华，也收获了喜悦。

Pupils’ growth is inseparable from the strong support of parents and the careful guidance of teachers. On the way of education, home and school should work hand in hand to promote pupils’ growth.
