北辰小外的外语教学秉承天津外国语大学附属外国语学校（“小外”）“融中西文化，育国际英才”的办学理念，我们会以“开放式”教育为国家培养具有高度民族自信和世界视野的国际型预备人才为教学宗旨，将“小外”在外语教学上形成的一套具有丰富经验且经过实践证明行之有效的教学传统融入“北辰小外”的教学工作中。突出外语特色我们会通过浸入式英语教学和丰富多彩的外语活动课教学来体现。

Tianjin Guanghua Foreign Languages School has always been adhering to the school-running concept of Foreign Languages School and Tianjin Foreign Studies University (FLS of TFSU), “ to integrate Chinese and Western cultures and to cultivate international talents”. We aim to cultivate future international talents with a high degree of national confidence and worldwide vision for China by implementing “open” education. And we will integrate our rich teaching traditions that have been proven to be effective into teaching practice to highlight our featured English teaching. Besides, we will also carry out immersive English teaching as well as a variety of colorful English courses.

英语特色

我校以新蕾快乐英语为基础教材，本着以人为本的创新精神，教材充分吸收了国内外最先进的外语教学理念和实践经验，并注重为学生营造语言学习氛围，在教学中安排了大量有趣的学习活动，使英语学习变得“既生动活泼又轻松有趣。”

We use the Happy English as the basic textbook which has extended beyond the most advanced domestic and foreign English teaching concepts to practical experience .Adhering to the people-oriented innovative spirit, we focus on creating for students a language learning environment and a wide range of interesting learning activities, where they will feel it is “both easy and interesting” to learn English.

我校中外教英语课程均为全英教学，学生在浸入式英语的环境中学习纯正英文，强化口语输出，灵活运用所学知识，教学过程生动活泼，加深学生对所学知识的理解。

All the courses at our school are taught in full English whether delivered by foreign teachers or teachers from China. Thus, students can learn pure English in an immersive English environment, which will enhance their oral output and flexibly apply their learned knowledge. The teaching is vivid and active, enhancing students’ understanding of the learned knowledge.

兴趣是最好的学习源泉和动力，我校在英语教学中，根据部分授课内容，通过简单布景模拟教材中的场景，让学生在其中扮演相应角色，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，在英语课堂上创造情境专题，让学生亲身参与其中，不断培养学生学习信心与兴趣。

Interest is the best learning source and motivation. In English teaching, we simulate the textbook scenes through simple layout according to the teaching contents to make students play corresponding roles, which can arouse their interest in learning English. We create the situation themes at English class to make students get involved, which can continuously cultivate students’ confidence and interest in learning.

我校每周均有经验丰富的资深外教进行授课，学生通过与外籍教师面对面的交流，感受纯正英语，从而提升语言交际能力，并且全程双语助教，保证学生学习质量。外教授课过程中会安排双语教师全程助教，辅助教学，带动课堂气氛，激发学生的学习动机，通过有效的课堂交流和积极的教师期望，使英语课堂教学过程成为愉悦的情绪生活和积极的情感体验。

There are classes delivered by experienced foreign teachers at our school each week so that students can feel the pure English through face-to-face communication with foreign teachers, thus improving their communication skills and guaranteeing the learning quality. Besides, assistant teachers will also be arranged at class to assist foreign teachers and activate the class atmosphere and stimulate students in learning. 

自然拼读法因其“简单高效性”成为目前国际上最推崇的英语教学方法：只需学会26个字母及字母组合的发音规律，就能正确读出绝大多数单词，最终达到“见词能读，听音能写”的学习目的。

Phonics has now become the world’s most advocated English teaching method as it is “simple and efficient”. Students can correctly pronounce most of the English words after mastering the rules of the pronunciation of the 26 letters and the combinations of letters. Finally, they can read out the words and spell them.

       天津外国语大学附属外国语学校英语教学专家，从事外语教学39年。熟知天津外大附校的教学模式，可以出色、成功诠释并实践外大附校的外语教学精髓。

       2006年，获天津市"五一"劳动奖章。2005-2012，多次被评为院、区、校级优秀教师、优秀共产党员、优秀班主任、优秀年级组长。

       天津市河北区教研室兼职教研员，英语教研室特聘中心组成员、学科带头人。天津市河北区青年教师创优课专家指导教师和专家评委，教师技能大赛专家评委、区域统一命题专家。指导的青年教师在市区级各类外语教学大赛中多次获得一二等奖。

Learning faculty led by senior experts: Based on Tianjin Foreign Languages Studies University and Tianjin Foreign Languages School .
